President

Kimberly has a deep seeded passion for customer service excellence and attention to detail. Prior to starting Denton Services she worked for Marriott branded hotels for over 10 years, most recently as a regional task force manager. In that capacity her assignments varied from conducting service and technical skills training courses to evaluating underperforming asset's operations and implementing corrective action procedures. Kimberly also held property-level management positions overseeing virtually all aspects of hotel operations, including training, accounting, payroll, restaurant operations, guest services and facility maintenance.

Kimberly was largely successful in her management roles because of her ability to creatively solve problems using practical and efficient methods. She is particularly adept at analyizing data using Microsoft Excel. In-fact, she once created a database for tracking housekeeper's inspection scores which enabled her to quickly identify individual training needs for each staff member and proactively react before problems became rampant.

Ms. Denton holds a bachelor of science in Hopitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech.
